At FIT AS FIRE, Winter Garden, we introduce a distinctive approach to Modern Pilates with our FIT Method. Our specialized Slow Resistance Training system, combined with FIT MACHINES, offers a well-structured fitness program aimed at refining strength, stability, and movement efficiency.
First-time participants are encouraged to take an intro class. The FIT Method and techniques are explained in depth, with adjusted pacing to aid muscle adaptation. Private one-on-one sessions are also available.
Always consult a physician before beginning a class. FIT instructors can modify exercises based on individual needs, but members should assess their own readiness for class participation.
FIT classes are designed to push your limits. The slow resistance training format keeps muscles engaged under tension, making every workout effective. It’s normal to feel soreness in the days following your first few classes.
After your first session, allow a day or two before your next class. For best results, aim for at least two sessions per week, with three to four sessions providing the most noticeable improvements.
Depending on your fitness goals, we recommend one of the memberships that allows for your minimum workout times per week. If you commit to 12 or 6 month memberships, the costs are significantly reduced. Talk with a FIT TEAM member about the membership that is right for you.
Download the FIT AF app to manage class scheduling and purchases. Enable text notifications for class reminders and waitlist updates. Bring grip socks (also available for purchase at the studio), a water bottle, and a towel, and get ready to challenge yourself!
